    This meal was wonderful!! I have received so many compliments on this dish, and I am not an experianced cook!

    The only issue I had was with the amount of meat and what cut. I showed the recipe to the butcher at Central Market and he suggested that I purchase 2 pounds of his choice flank steak. This was the perfect amount of meat. I had a few extra rolls left over for the next day, which made for great left-overs.

    This is really a great 30 minute meal.

    I made this dish, and it was fantastic! My husband and I cleaned our dish, and I have made this dish for company, and it make a great presentation on the table and people go crazy while they are eating it. Thank you for all your great dishes.

    BY FAR THE EASIEST AND MOST DELICIOUS BRACIOLE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE SERVED IT THREE TIMES FOR COMPANY AND HAVE HAD TO GIVE THE RECIPE EACH TIME.

    I used the whole can of beef broth and then we used the sauce over pasta. We can't wait to have it again. I am going to make it for my Dad who is a real foody

    VERY TASTY, BUT BE CAREFUL--I USED FLAVORED BREADCRUMBS AND WITH THE CHEESE MADE IT A TAD TOO SALTY---BUT WHAT A GREAAT RECIPE --WILL MAKE IT OFTEN
