I made it last night for my husband and I and he's a very picky person who doesn't eat onions or peppers, but all I could say is that he asked me "honey when are you gonna make this again" with his plate clean. Rachel, I want to say thank you very much for sharing your recipes.

Four people liked the fajitas and enjoyed the flavor. The beans received a 50/50. Two of us liked them and two of us did not. The Rice was o.k.

This was very good. A little spicy. Easy.

The fajitas had a lot of flavor but the meat was too tough even though it was only cooked to medium. I think marinating for a longer period, even overnight, might help.

overall a great recipe. But i would recommend pounding the flank steak before marinating it (as flank steak tends to be on the tougher side. I love spicy food, so I left the meat in the marinade for 4 hours, and it still wasn't super hot. And the beans were terrific.

They were too dry for me. I wanted something more along the lines of Chili's black beans.

I only made the beans. They were incredibly easy, however, make sure to drain them very well, otherwise the water will cause them to break apart when cooking. The cilantro is a big plus, and a squeeze of lime could be added, too.

Wonderful recipe. Great taste....very simple. We loved it so much that next time im gonna have to make more. Definetly recommend marinating the steak for a day. Once again Rachel thanks for making my dinners better, keep up the good work.
