You can't think of this as a typical kielbasa and pierogi dish. It's more like what it's called, a stir fry, with all of those delish polish flavors. My husband is German, so he's a die hard fan of sauerkraut. Me? Not so much. The kale and paprika really balance it out here though. This is one of my favorite, quick, comfort meals, and I cook ALOT! And hey, you can never get enough greens, especially when they taste this good. Thanks Rach! I never would have thought of this on my own.

I found it to be bland and not inexpensive either. It is filling though and yields a good amount for leftovers if you need to stretch a dollar (don't we all?. I used potato cheddar pierogis. Perhaps I should have used potato and garlic pierogis? The prep was easy. I won't be making this again, however. Too boring.

This was the first time I ever tried something like this. I found it quite good with a few modifications. Like many of the rest of you, I cut down on the oil & butter. I also doubled the paprika & mustard, as I found the stir fry a bit bland before. As for the Pierogis, they are ok, but I prefer to use cheese ravioli's cooked exactly the same way!

My husband and I both loved this Stir-fry. I didn't try the Pot stickers b/c the stir fry was such a hearty meal. Will definitely make again.

This recipe kicks pierogis up a notch, I'd definately recommends this recipe to people who are sick of plain, boring pierogis! It's delicious!

I don't know if I added too much mustard or too much sauerkraut, but it was a bit too sour. After I cut up a couple of potatoes and pan cooked them and added them in,(instead of doing the pierogis it toned it down a bit. I really liked the twist on a traditional Asian dish. This dish also got my son to eat kale greens...and like them!

Being of German & Polish decent, I found this recipe enticing. I was even more excited to know that I would be eating healthy greens like kale. I ate this for two days of leftovers and I loved it each time. Great ethnic flavor with Rachel Ray flair!

I tried this recipe and was very pleased with the results. Takes only a few prep and cooking minutes. Great for yourself or company. I did leave out the sauerkraut, as my daughter will not eat it. It still tasted great.
