THIS IS A GREAT DISH AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND THAT THOSE WHO DONT LIKE TO STAND OVER A HOT STOVE OR A LONG TIME SHOULD TRY IT

I made this for dinner last night and my husband (who didn't really want to try itthought it was very good. I was also impressed. I am not a big fan of kale but thought it did very well in this recipe. Will definately make again.

The sausage and pierogi part was real yummy, we enjoyed that, but the seasoning for the stirfry just didn't make us want to eat this again.

My vegetarian husband loves this meal so long as I add an extra 1/2 lb of sauerkraut to the stir-fry and substitue Tofurky sausages for the kielbasa. Meanwhile, I'll eat it, but it certainly doesn't make the hit parade--I try to tell myself that kale is good for me. (And I eat spinach and broccoli with a smile on my face. The pierogis were okay, but I've only made them once, although I've made the stir-fry more times than I can count.

I look forward to making this again. Used a little smoked paprika as well as sweet and turned out excellent! I never though my husband would like it and he didn't, he LOVED IT.

Made the sausage dinner and my family loved it!!!!! I used turkey sausage versus polish sausage, however. Very easy, very tasty. Thanks, Rachel.
