It was okay. I really didn't care for the kale in the recipe.

This is a really good meal, and I like it because it's not your standard meal. I used mustard greens instead of the kale, and it turned out good. The pierogis were a little bland but they were a good offset to the strong flavors in the stir-fry.

This was a great dish and so easy to do. I was a little worried when I started but by the end of the meal I was absolutely satisfied and so were my guest.

The only thing was I could not find Kiel so I used spinach instead.

THIS RECIPE WAS, TO MY SURPRISE, VERY GOOD. WE ALWAYS SEEM TO ENJOY WHAT RACHAEL COOKS SO WE TRIED IT EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMED DIFFERENT FROM THE WAY I COOK BOTH SAUER KRAUT AND KALE. I HAVE NEVER MIXED THE TWO TOGETHER. WE HAD IT FOR SUNDAY DINNER AND EVERYONE REALLY ENJOYED IT. I DID, HOWEVER, ADD MORE PAPRIKA AND MUSTARD SINCE WE LIKE THINGS THAT ARE A LITTLE SPICY. WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE IT AGAIN. GOOD FOR YOU RACHAEL FOR BRING US SUCH A GOOD RECIPE EVEN THOUGH IT DID TAKE ME MORE THAN 30 MINUTES.

Not one of the better recipes from Rachel Ray. I don't think I would make it again. The kale polish stir fry had a really strong flavor.

Never in my life had kale before. Was very leary, but really liked it!

It's was easy and it was fun to eat and serve...something different than making plain pierogis w/ butter and onions.

I used chicken breast to make this recipe a little healthier and it turned out really good.

We loved this one. I backed off on the amount of kale because I wasn't sure if I liked it, but it was good. Cabbage would work well too if you can't get or don't want to use kale. Good ol' Ray-Ray did it again!

I found this recipe to be merely okay; I doubt I'd make it again. Maybe it's a personal taste preference this just didn't satisfy for me. Simple ingredients and truly 30 minutes to prepare, this just didn't sparkle like some of Rachael's other recipes.
