very easy, and for me a nice bit of variety, healthy (well the kale at least *(I am trying to reserve the 4 and 5 stars for the wow 'em recipes. This recipe went off without a hitch and was pretty good.

The recipie itself was easy to follow. It was fairly quick and nothing too complicated. I was not that excited about the final product, but I think that is just a matter of taste. I prefer my greens cooked more and seasoned more. Also I wasn't all that crazy about the dill flavor in the sour cream mixed with all the other flavors.

I made this for a potluck at work, and even the person who had never eaten pierogies liked it a lot.

I did leave out the kale, but pretty much followed the recipe other than that.

    I will make this again.

This was very easy, very healthy, and very, very tasty! It is going to be a regularly prepared dish in our house.

Made this the other night and for the first time I used Kale in a recipe and it tasted very good.Putting Kale in the garden so I'll have it when I make this again.I did use Marhtha Stewart's pierogi recipe instead of the frozen ones.Very easy and good recipe.
