This was an easy dish to prepare and it was very good. Lots of flavor! This is perfect to bring for your lunch at work. I'm going to try a suggestion I read on one of the reviews to try sesame oil. You go Rachael!!! :-

This soup is awesome, my whole family loved it, even my picky kids who do not like trying new stuff!

I usually love Rachel's recipes but I found this soup bland. I imagine it could be improved with a few Thai chilies and some lemongrass. I also like the idea of putting some of the Shrimp and Pork ( or Shrimp and Chicken balls in teh soup instead of the plain chicken, as the chicken did not pick up much flavor in this treatment

Loved this soup. Didn't give it 5***** because I've had a few others that were as good or better.

I made this recipe and the Pork & Shrimp Balls. Both were absolutely delicious. I will make them many more times in the future. You can always count on Rachael to have the recipes you can depend upon.

I used linguine noodles. I used chicken breast. Instead of shredded carrots, I used some thinly sliced ones. No peppers. I used a little hot sauce though.

It was ok. I wanted to add something like peas or something like that.

Overall, pretty darn good. Excellent smells. Pretty good presentation.

Easy to make, very quick, and great taste. I really like the hot spicy chicken taste. Served it with sandwitch fixings and chips. Had guest my daughters boy friend, he went home and the next day his mom called to get the recipe. thanks, Doug of Sugar Land Tx
