They are best eaten as soon as they are made, as they do get a bit mushy over time. They were a little greasy, but still delicious.

These were so easy to make and my family just gobbled them up. My daughter recently had a slumber party. She requested that I make these for breakfast for all her friends.

After making these for my husband and myself, I would change a couple things. One, I would slice the apples a little thicker for more apple taste. Two, I would add a little sugar or sweetner to the batter for a little more sweetness to the fritters. Other than that, I thought they were really good and really easy to make.

My whole family loved these!!! They were super easy and so full of flavor. I added a bit of cinnamon to the batter for an added zing.

The taste is fabulous. I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. BUT I have to find a way to get the batter to stick to the apple slices better.
