Just made these for breakfast, they were awesome. (I left out the bananas and rasins. We agreed that the bananas would have overpowered the yummy oatmeal flavor. A definate make again!!

Instead of raisins, I used fresh blueberries and a handful of dried cranberries. I didn't mash the bananas, but let them remain sliced. It was soooo good and fruity! They are very filling, but well worth it! A breakfast to make again and again, and to experiment with its ingredients.

I DID NOT THINK THEY TASTED MUCH LIKE AN OATMEAL COOKIE, THE BANANA FLAVOR WAS VERY PROMINENT. BUT, IF YOU LIKE BANANAS YOU WILL ENJOY THESE. THEY WERE A BIG HIT ON FATHERS DAY.

These were great. Made them for company and everybody raved about them.... including me! I have loved oatmeal pancakes from a local diner, but have never found a recipe to rival theirs.... until now! I followed other reviewer's suggestions and left out the bananas then added more milk. Made them for the second time this morning and can't wait to make them again!

This recipe was so good! My 3 yr old loved them and asked for them all of the time. Took no time to make and cooked up beautifully! Made them a special treat once a month, lotsa calories I am sure! Definately good one to try.

these are so awesome,i followed the recipe almost exactly and the results were the most scrumptious pancakes. i used golden raisins because they are a bit plumper than normal and they added a delicious chewy texture, and i also used soymilk which worked just fine, plus made a healthier pancake. i think next time i will use 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup plain, and maybe slightly less sugar. but man these were so good i suggest making a big batch and freezing the leftovers because they are the perfect late night snack if you have the munchies!! they are so good i wish i had one right now

I thought these pancakes were excellent. However my kids didn't care for them...they didn't even try them. I guess they didn't look like they came out of a box. Anyway, if you think they looked good on TV wait till you try them.
