I made these for breakfast, with a few alterations: Subbed half the white flour for whole wheat, subbed 2/3 of the sugar for Splenda and left out the butter, raisins and bananas (forgot to buy some. I made them small as others recommended and they were easy to work with. I did need to thin the batter out a bit. Filling breakfast.. thanks

I love these pancakes with or without syrup. I found that they took a little longer to cook than normal pancakes, and I had better success when I made them smaller than normal pancakes.

Easy to make and delicious pancakes are a wonderful morning treat for young and old alike. I enjoyed them as much as my toddlers...who liked them so much they said they wanted them for dinner, too!

These are wonderfully sweet pancakes. We did have to thin out the batter a little, because it was too thick.

these pancakes were good I really liked the banana flavor, however for me they were a bit sweet. My boyfriend really liked them though. Next time I will use less brown sugar in the batter.

My son ate up the bananas before I could use them, so I left them out. We're not big raisin fans, so I substituted chocolate chips. The pancakes turned out delicious! Next time, I'd half the choc chips because they were pretty rich. But a big hit, and a nice Saturday morning treat! Thanks for the creative recipe!
