Nice way to jazz up a plain pancake. I may cut back on the sugar next time, since the bananas make them plenty sweet. And will probably swap out raisins for chocolate chips.

Not bad - but very hard to handle - make them with less than 1/4 c batter per pancake, and you should be ok.

I used instant oatmeal (brown sugar and maple flavored so I didn't add brown sugar, but instead added a tbs. of white sugar. I thought they were quite tasty. I also tried them w/out banana and those were good as well.

I made these for breakfast this morning and they were delicious! I left out the sour cream and walnuts due to our own personal taste and having a small child and they were still great. I made silver dollar pancakes to freeze and let the kids eat as treats during the week.

I made these for dinner for me & my 4 year old and he loved them and he is such a picky eater! He even asked for them again the next morning. I only made half of what the recipe called for since it was just for the 2 of us and I only used half of a banana since some said they tasted like banana bread..They came out tasty and tasted just like an oatmeal cookie except not too sweet but just right!

I tried these the day after I saw the show. My husband is always rolling his eyes when I try somethin new, but he loved them. We both did. They are so simple and easy anyone could do it.

Try these for something different that your usual buttermilk pancake. They definitely did taste like oatmeal cookies. We loved them. A little hard to handle on the grill. I agree with someone else who said make them small so you can turn them easier. (I've also tried putting the batter in the blender if you don't like 'stuff' in your pancakes...ie my kids.

Wow - I had been day dreaming about these since I saw Rachel make them, and when I made them, they did not disappoint! So yummy, and I love that they come out a perfect even brown color and are not tough like a lot of pancake recipies I've tried. I even ate the leftovers!

These were pretty good, but too gooey for me. I think with maybe just one banana instead of two would be better.

These pancakes really taste GREAT.. I've look for years for a high fiber pancake, and know I've found one. I did make some substitutions because I dislike sour cream. I use plain yogurt. And I don't care for raisins so I left them out. This is my new pancake recipe....
