    I make this soup quite often, it's so good. I sometimes use a deep red wine (maybe a Shiraz instead of the sherry - it adds fantastic flavor. This recipe is very easy and economical, not to mention delicious to eat!

    Wow I can't believe how easy this soup was to make. The tastes of this soup taste like you have been slaving over a stove for hours.

    This soup was so quick and easy to make, but tasted like it had simmered for hours. I used burgundy instead of sherry, for a richer flavor.

    I served this with panini sandwiches filled with Gruyere and Farmers cheese. Delicious. I have made it several times and plan to again soon.
