This is not my favorite Rachel Ray recipe. Not bad for an outdoor event, but I'd rather have regular slaw.

I made this for a Father's Day cookout and we thought it was all right. I had to add more oil and vinegar in order to coat all 16 oz. of cole slaw mix. It needed quite a bit of salt and pepper before it had any flavor at all. I think I was expecting more of an Asian slaw because of the peanut oil. But it did not get any special flavor from the oil at all. I'm not so sure I'd make this again.

I made this to take to a potluck outside party. I added dried cherries to the slaw and all seemed to enjoy the dish. Great to use instead of mayonnaise for a summer outing.

I love this slaw recipe because it literally takes me 5 minutes to make, plus it is very light and healthy. Definitely a winner in my book!
