I've made this meal on several occassions and it's always been a big hit. I will say that I had trouble with the burgers falling apart on the grill. I cut the peppers and onions up a little smaller and they seemed to stay together better.

What an imagine this young gal has. Who else would come up with this creative stacking of scrumptuous ingredients. Keep 'em coming, Rach. We love you!

I tried this recipe and it blew my mind. I am diabetic and a carboholic - bad combination. I did not even miss the bread. Also, instead of using ground beef I used ground turkey breast (99%fat free and substitute the cheese for kraft fat free! I also made my own roasted peppers. This is a good recipe for those who are on Weight Watchers.

It was pretty good. I think I will add a bit more spices next time. Also my burgers fell apart when they hit the griddle more like ground beef patties.

This was simple and flavorful. The salad recipe that comes with this is absolutely delicious, it will be great in the summer months.

Excellent. Beef patty was a bit crumbly.

The recipe was easy and totally delicious! The smoked cheddar was not available at my store so I used the white sharp cheddar and it was good also. Fortunately there was one burger leftover for lunch the following day! This recipe is a keeper.

This taste just like a chili-cheeseburger without the extra fat! I've made this several times and it's a big hit everytime.
