    As usual my recipes from Rachel are a hit. I thought the jalepenos would be too spicy, but it turned out perfect. The portabellos gave it such a rich flavor, watch out, these are really filling. Don't be afraid of spicy flavor, if you can handle moderate fire, go for it.

    The entire recipe was very easy and filling. Because my family does not like things too hot, I cut down on any spicy items and just added the spicy jack cheese. VERY GOOD!and Easy
