I was very excited to make my own stuffing and it did taste good. I doubled the bread based on some other reviews, but it still seemed like there was too much sausage. I would double the bread and cut the sausage in half if I were to make again. I also used regular sausage and not maple, but I may try the maple next time. The flavor of the stuffing was excellent. The bacon in the mashed potatoes was a weird texture for us so we probably won't try that again. Overall, the meal was a 3, but there definitely some highlights.

this is one of the first recipes that i've been bold enough to try. i found it to be quick and fairly easy to make. What is so great about it is that you can pick and choose some parts of this and still have a complete meal.

The fact that my husband and I were able to have a full-blown, full-flavor turkey meal on the table in no time was unreal! I had never made homemade stuffing or gravy before, and it couldn't have been easier. Even our upstairs neighbors called down and asked what smelled so good! Cheers once again to Rachel!

This recipie is like thanksgiving in a pinch. I prefer the cut up toasted bread over the already seasoned crutons you can buy in the store. The cranberry apple sauce is wonderful over vanilla ice cream for desert. Tastes like grandma's thanksgiving dinner, but with a modern twist.

The Apple Cranberry dish reminds me of a dish my grandmother made when I was a kid - but I never knew how to make it. Quick, easy & good. I'll be making this on Thanksgiving!

Oh goodness, my family loved this recipe sooo much! My husband was SO excited to come home for leftovers the next night! He said he thought about the stuffing all day!! I did add extra bread in it since I had read the reviews first and it was wonderful. Hubby and 2 teen daughters are always ready to try new recipes and were really happy with this one. I think I added a little more seasoning than called for, but the poultry seasoning had a sage taste and my family loves that.
