I made Rachel's recipe for my husband but made it vegetarian for myself. I used veggie sausage and veggie turkey lunchmeat, as well as vegetable broth. We both enjoyed our individual variation.

I've made this several times...its great for a quick Sunday supper and tastes like I've cooked all day. I have even purchased a half turkey breast and baked it earlier in the day and finished the meal off at dinner time. Saves a little $$$ on already prepared turkey breast.

Great comfort food. It was a snap! Our 13-yr-old requested it for Thanksgiving.
    Luv ya, Rachel...

I made this for a weeknight dinner a couple of weeks ago when it was cold and rainy and we were all craving "comfort food." The oohs and aahs I got from my husband and three teenagers would have made you think it was Thanksgiving dinner! Thanks again!

I thought this recipe would take a long time to prepare, but it was sooo easy. I have made it only 2 times and the 2nd time I did not need to use the recipe because it is so easy to prepare. My husband LOVED it and he is very picky when it comes to stuffing. He is especially apprehensive when it comes to trying new things - this dinner broke the mold for him. Thank you!!!!!

This is a lot of food, but it is very tasty. A Thanksgiving type feast.
