This was a fantastic recipe that was a Thanksgiving Day reminder without being stuck in the kitchen all day. It really took 30-Minutes! We don't even like cranberries and this sauce was amazing!!! First time I ever successfully made my own gravy too!

I made this for my husband and got a big wow! I used turkey cutlets for the sandwiches and were they ever yummy. I'm a huge fan of Rachel Ray and this just continued my use of her recipes!!

This was the best stuffing I've ever had and I loved the warm apple cranberry sauce. I'm the only one in my house who likes cranberry but everyone ate this sauce. Very yummy.

This is the only 30min meal that actually took 30mins. Tried other recipes of her's & they have all taken longer. Down side, it took a ton of pots and pans and over an hour to clean up. The gravy for the turkey was very bland. It needed something but maybe it needed to sit longer. The stuffing was excellent but I decreased the amount of sausage and used turkey maple sausage instead. My only complaint is it needed more bread and a little more liquid. The onions could have cooked longer. I added a little carrot to the stuffing... mmmm. The thing I didnt think i would like was the cranberry sauce but that was really good, dont leave it out. Not too tart and it was nice to have a hot sauce on top. The potatoes done just how the recipe called for were just so so. I had some left over stock and added a little cheese and that helped. Simple recipe and good ingredients. You can make it really heathy by subbing some products for others. I will have to try this again :

Even though I didn't make the stuffing, the rest was great. We had it last night when it was about 20* outside and it's the stick-to-your-ribs type food that tastes great. Go to your deli counter and ask for 1/4" slices of you favorite turkey breast, now you don't even have to cut it!

This is a great recipe! Got great reviews from the hubby...The cran-apple sauce, gravy, potatoes and stuffing are all great.

I omitted the sausage from the stuffing to make it a bit more healthy and substituted two additional slices of bread. It came out great.

I wish I had added a bit of broth to the potatoes, though! I will next time!

    Wonderful recipe Rachael! Thanks!

pretty good. seemed like there was too much sausage and not enough bread in the stuffing. I added more bread the second time.

This is better than stuffing in a whole turkey, even though it is a multi-pot ordeal, the results are delicous!

Great recipe. The stuffing tastes like it's been cooking inside of a turkey all day. The only change I will make next time is to use more bread in the stuffing. Gravy and potatoes were great as well.
