I've made this salad a few times and it's always been very well received. Anyone who experienced a bitter taste in the dressing might want to make sure that there oil isn't rancid.

This salad looked and sounded delicious, but the results were actually quite a let-down. The salad dressing was so bitter than even the sweetness of the oranges and nuts couldn't save it. A couple of people managed to finish it, but most just took a few bites and pushed their plate away.

This salad is a definite winner. I'm not a fan of tarragon so I leave it off the salad, but it gives the dressing a nice bite.

I'm just starting to cook again after more than 12 years not cooking. This was so simple & yet I forgot to add the mustard but it was dee-lish! So easy to prepare & it HAS to be for me. My husband loved it too!

This Salad was great for summer. Very light and the dressing was tasty too, I even made extra dressing to keep on hand for the future. Thanks for the great recipe!

This recipe is good - the tarragon dressing is a real winner - but a lot depends on the type of oranges. You need really flavorful "eating" oranges, not juice fruit. I added the dressing to a chicken salad that I had just made and it added a special zing to it.

This salad is great. If you've never tried oranges and terragon together before you are in for a real treat. The honey vinegrette dressing is perfect for this salad. Very light and refreshing. The toasted almonds add the crowning touch. This has become a favorite for our family.

This salad couldn't be easier and has a wonderful flavor. Goes well with most dishes. I served this at a brunch and not a romaine leaf was left!
