    Truly Delish!!!
    My husband is a really fussy eater and he loved it. Next time I have to double the quantity :-
    I also added a tsp of fresh thyme and red chilli flakes.
    This dish goes great with mushroom risotto.
    Thanks Rachael

    This recipe is good! The sauce on the arugula is a very nice combination! I know there are a lot of reviews saying this is a crowd pleaser, but I'd be hesitant to make this for a picky eater. Mainly because there is a lot floating around in the sauce: orange zest from the marmalade, rosemary, scallions. Definitely an interesting way to cook chicken but probably not a recipe I will use as a go-to with company. Also the "this is the best chicken I've ever had in my life!!! reviews" might have given me unrealistic expectations. Its good for sure, but I'd go to some of Rachaels other recipes first for entertaining. Hint: Thai Chicken Pizza ;

    This was truly delish! Added abt a tsp of cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker faster. Next time will follow other advice and sear the chicken in the oil until just about ready, remove and cook the sauce then put chicken back. Adjusted the orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar to my liking before cooking! Will definitely make this again and again! My new go to recipe for quick, easy chicken especially when I have company.... Thanks Ms Ray!!!!

    I built on the glaze by substituting orange zest and juice for the marmalade and added grated garlic and red pepper flakes with herbs (an arrabiata spice blend for kick. Great, would make with bonesless thighs next time as the breasts were pretty dry by the time they cooked through (mine were approx. 8 oz each. Added in chopped asparagus to skillet half-way through and they stole the show! Added a tsp of butter at the end to round out the sauce and served with lemon orzo (I have my own recipe. Will definitely make the glaze again - would be great on beans, brussels sprouts, squash, etc!

    This dish was a huge hit!!!! Im not that big of a cook and everyone love it... the tangyness of the balsamic and sweetness of the marmalade make this dish sooooo gooooood :}

    This was delicious! I used fresh squeezed juice instead of the marmalade and it turned out fabulous. Served over white rice.

    I made this with the cocnut-ginger rice. It was a grat combo and the glaze on the chicken was very tasty.

    So good! I am constantly trying to find new chicken dishes that are worth making again, and this definitely hits the mark. The glaze takes a little longer to reduce than stated in the recipe, but if you buy thicker chicken breasts it doesn't matter at all, they still remain super juicy. This works really well with the Lemon Risotto and asparagus.

    Absolutely delicious! This is in my regular rotation now. I use Gia Russa Balsamic Glaze instead of regular balsamic vinegar since its already reduced. It tastes just as good if not better and doesn't take as long to get the sauce right. Thanks Rachael!
