    maybe I did something wrong, but the vinegar totally overwhelmed the other flavors in this recipe and the sauce did not thicken up at all. I measured and used the exact amount of ingredients as shown. Not to my liking, will never make again.

    I like recipes where I can use up pantry and fridge ingredients...I had a jar of blood orange conserve, so I used that in place of orange marmalade which I would have had to buy, no need. (and I love any gravy with balsamic vinegar as its base, it is just very appealing to my tastebuds, delectable in fact. I can see using apricot or peach preserves or even leftover sweet & sour duck sauce, why not? The measurements for the recipe were right on the money. I reduced the gravy only somewhat b/c I wanted some to spoon over the chicken and rice I made for a side dish. I used mostly skinless thighs but some white meat too. I can see using chicken tenders for the kids who might like it better that way. Either way, a simple recipe that I wouldn't mind making again. I'm using pork chops tonight using this recipe.

    This is my families to go to recipe when we want Chinese or chicken or just something sweet and indulgent! I have definitely had to change the recipe according to our taste buds which has reduced to amount of vinegar and doubled the marmalade. I try to marinate the chicken in some orange marmalade and lemon zest just to up to citrus.

    The one mistake of this recipe is that you really should cook the chicken enough to brown the chicken, but try to add the vinegar early in the cooking so it fully dissolves into the meat.

    Very good! And easy too. I forgot the poultry seasoning but it was still good without it. I imagine it would have a little added depth of flavor with it.

    This was great recipe! Used the fried rice with egg recipe as a side dish. Did not have the rosemary, but the dish was still delicous!! Will definitely do again, and again! Also, used a low sugar marmalade and still turned out ok, with less calories and sugar!

    I just made this and omg! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how easy this was!! For such a simple recipe and ZERO prep, this is a GREAT dish! I added a palm full of diced red onion with the liquid and it gave an added great flavor as I ditched the scallions because I didnt have any on hand~ I served this was sauteed fresh green beans & mashed potatoes ( yes, they were from a box, but please don't judge me... Ive got 3 hungry kids to feed! This was a great easy meal that tasted even better! Thanks Rach!!

    Truly Delish!!!
    My husband is a really fussy eater and he loved it. Next time I have to double the quantity :-
    I also added a tsp of fresh thyme and red chilli flakes.
    This dish goes great with mushroom risotto.
    Thanks Rachael

    This recipe is good! The sauce on the arugula is a very nice combination! I know there are a lot of reviews saying this is a crowd pleaser, but I'd be hesitant to make this for a picky eater. Mainly because there is a lot floating around in the sauce: orange zest from the marmalade, rosemary, scallions. Definitely an interesting way to cook chicken but probably not a recipe I will use as a go-to with company. Also the "this is the best chicken I've ever had in my life!!! reviews" might have given me unrealistic expectations. Its good for sure, but I'd go to some of Rachaels other recipes first for entertaining. Hint: Thai Chicken Pizza ;

    This was truly delish! Added abt a tsp of cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker faster. Next time will follow other advice and sear the chicken in the oil until just about ready, remove and cook the sauce then put chicken back. Adjusted the orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar to my liking before cooking! Will definitely make this again and again! My new go to recipe for quick, easy chicken especially when I have company.... Thanks Ms Ray!!!!
