Rachel, you are truly the queen of delicious quick meals. I made this meal - it was so fabulous that I shared it on facebook with my own picture of it. I have friends around the world making this recipe now.
Thank you!!! this is a winner. I served it with grilled asparagus and roasted baby potatoes.

This was a big hit with my family. I chose it because it was very easy and quick, and I already had all ingredients. It is tangy and sweet and everyone wanted more.

This was a delicious dish; and hardly no clean up. It was fast and my family enjoyed it.

I really liked this recipe! I took the advice from other posters and seared the chicken first, took it out, then cooked the sauce and let it reduce for about 30 minutes, put the chicken back in and let it cook another 10 min to complete. It was very very good!!

The whole family loved the dish. I did not have marmalade handy so I used some honey and lemon curd and orange juice.

I loved this dish. I did take the advice from some of the other reviews. I took the chicken out and let the glaze reduce. The glaze was perfect. My husband liked this dish. I also made the Lemon Risotto. Yum!!!!

Great recipe. Unlike any chicken recipe I've made before. Lots of flavor. Husband really liked it too. Thanks Rachel!

I traded out some ingredients for what was in the pantry: a combination of marjoram, thyme, oregano, sage, and paprika (instead of poultry seasoning apricot-pineapple preserves (instead of orange marmalade and tangerine balsamic vinegar. Fabulous!
