Maybe i didn't use the food processor long enough, but this was way too thick. I had to strain it and now there is only enough soup for 2 people.

It was kind-of like heaven . I love squash and so does my mom. She would eat squash every day if she had to. She ate this soup like it was the best soup she ever tased(it is the best soup she ever tasted.

I served this soup at a party the week before thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and I had to give the recipe out to people for their thanksgiving dinner.

This soup tastes great and is very easy to make! I love butternut squash soup and this rates up with my favorites! My 5 year old loves it too!
