I made this the other night and my husbnd and I absolutely loved the chops. I didn't have any leeks so I used some shallots instead and the flavor was awsome! Next time I will make the hash, I'm a little afraid of beets but based on the reviews, I'm going to give it a try. Thanks Rachel!

This meal, served with one of Oregon's Pinot Noir offerings will leave you with pangs of delight. The rich flavors of the cranberries add a fabulous touch to the pork chops.
The Oregon hash is a real treat and goes so very well with the pork chops. What an incredible meal.
