I followed the recipe to the letter.

What an amazing flavor combination. They are all distinctive flavors that marry well together in your mouth. A roller coaster ride of texture and flavor that we could not stop eating!

    Bravo.

I used goat cheese, squash instead of zucchini and I had more cilantro on hand than mint - so I used that in addition to the little bit of mint I had. AND, I used lime juice and roasted pine nuts - I can't stop eating it!

This recipe came out delicious and fresh tasting, but I think the feta cheese overpowered it, and I lost the mint taste completely. I wish I had the feta on the side and added it little by little. I will probably make this again, as it is healthy and makes a LOT of food. I served it alongside the tacos from the same episode.

I used quinoa instead of orzo to make it gluten-free. It was delicious!

This was so simple and delicious. I have a 14 mth old who enjoyed it just as much as my husband and I. I think I am going to double the recipe next time just so I can have more left overs. It was just as good cold as it was hot!

This was excellent. I followed the receipe as written and I don't think it was bland, but I can see how a squeeze of lemon juice would make this even better! We could not stop eating it. It was just as good the next day. Brett, I think you could just omit the chick peas and this would still be a great side dish!

Does anyone have a suggestion on something that I can use instead of chick peas? Thanks.

Was nervous because I usually don't like zucchini but it was great. Once it cooked a bit I did a little taste test and was hooked. My husband agreed with the other reviews that it lacked something- but I liked it the way it was. Will have it for leftovers tomorrow and hope it's just as good. Followed recipe as provided.

I loved the sound of this, and it looked good on TV, but I thought it lacked something. I didn't add the mint because I am not a fan of it but added lemon zest and juice. My family enjoyed it. I'll make it again but add more seasonings.

This recipe was good, but it was missing something. I added some lemon juice and it made it delicious!
