I loved this! It was so light. I didn't melt the fetta because I wanted a little chunk to it but you still couldn't taste the fetta taste. I would add a little more fetta to it. My husband thought it needed salt I thought it was fine. I think maybe next time I might add some fresh spinach or basil to it. Yummy! Nice and light!

I really loved this! My mom did too BUT she didn't care for the cherry tomatoes- she would prefer to see some other kind of veggie in this dish!

Quick easy meal! Pretty tasty. I don't like a lot of salt but still had to add a bit. I was thinking the feta would take care of that but didn't. Make sure the feta is melted and the orzo is still hot because if the feta cools too fast it will clump up and not mix evenly. I'll definitely make it again!

SIMPLE and DELICIOUS! This is SO easy to make, but its always very dry if I go exactly by the recipe, I usually add a bunch more olive oil at the end.

I make this as a side dish to go along with Giada's turkey meat loaf with feta and sundried tomatoes. They complement each together perfectly!

This is delicious! I added some lemon zest & a little bit of chopped mint for a light fresh taste.

This was a quick, wonderful side dish! Instead of using feta I used crumbled goat cheese that I had on hand and it came out great! I had it with chicken cutlet and asparagus. This was very easy and flavorful and my boyfriend and I loved it.

This made a simple and fresh side dish, but it was a little lacking in flavor. Could be improved by the addition of garlic, additional chopped herbs or maybe some fresh squeezed lemon juice.
