One of our favorites. Easy, healthy, and very tasty. Really did not like it with feta or goat cheese added - best just as written. May want to lesson the lemon zest if the lemons are large ones, but other than that it's great!

I used about 9 ounces of baby spinach and I added 1/4 cup feta cheese and about a Tbsp of balsamic vinegar. It was soooooo tasty. I bet it would be awesome with some grilled shrimp.

This is wonderful. I served it at a church function and didn't even get a taste. Glad I had a taste before leaving the house. Can't wait to serve it to my family.

This is my ultimate BBQ side dish or potluck dish. I usually double to orzo, tomatoes, olive oil and lemons. My husband is not big on the spinach. It is quick and it is easy. My husband also loves pepper so I put pepper in it. I like making a big portion because the leftovers becomes my lunch for the next few days. Awesome cold with tuna.

This is such an easy simple and delicious recipe. I have made it few times and shared it with friends - they love it. It is delicious without the basil as well. Fun recipe to play with as well - at times I have added sliced roasted red peppers and it tastes great! Can't go wrong with this one.

The spinach didn't wilt down at all, and dish was more green than pasta. There's not really any flavor in this. Oh well.

I hate to say it but 2 lemons + zest is just too overwhelming--and I typically like lemon flavor! Also it seems like it needs something else to offset the lemon--like the feta cheese someone else suggested maybe. Overall it wasn't as impressive of a combination as I'd expected. Perhaps it could have been much better with less lemon.
