great side dish alternative, spice up the flavor to your liking though.

Nice flavors, good color, and good presentation. I added a bit of shredded parmesean on top for added flavor. Served with chicken which could also be added into the dish for a complete main dish salad.

I was hoping for something a little more flavorful, it needed maybe some extra salt or citrus to punch it up.

This is so easy to whip together and very impressive for guests. It's my new summer favorite.

I tried this recipie wanting a differnt side dish. It was really good but next time i will use baby spinach instead. I thought the spinach didn't wilt enough, maybe it was a little tough. My 6-year old really enjoyed this with grated parmesan on top.

My family and friends love this recipe. I make it for parties and picnic's. It is wonderful when served fresh and warm but can also be made in advance. Just be sure to bring it up to room temperature before serving and readjust the seasoning.

I made this to go along with fish and it was great. I did adjust the ingredients because 1 pound of spinach seemed like too much as did 24 basil leaves. I think I used about 1/4 of a 10oz bag of spinach, 10 basil leaves and the zest of 1 lemon and it turned out great! A nice mix of flavors.

This recipe is great but is even better if you omit the tomatoes from this recipe and pour Rachel's Sherry Cherry Tomatoe recipe on top. It was a hit with our guests
