Tasted great, and very easy! Could be better with a little less lemon though!

While this is very fresh, my husband and I tended to find it rather bland. May try to prepare it a little differently next time around.

I have made this recipie twice. It is a great side dish to chicken and steak. It tastes even better as leftovers. I recommend sprinlking a little parm and topping with a few leaves of cilantro!

i loved the look of this recipe when i added sliced grilled chicken marinated in lemon and garlic but i will cut back on the fresh basil next time. i love fresh herbs but unfortunately dont always have access and use dried herbs. they make a big difference so be sure you use them to taste.

I seriously doubt it. We all loved it and I've made it several times.

This was a good recipe. Just make sure that you use the large size Orzo pasta, not the small kind. All I had was the small orzo and the pasta wasn't large enough to completely wilt the spinach. So it ended up turning out like a spinach salad. But definately a good little side salad.

My husband and I both loved this recipe. It was light and went so well with the shrimp. We've made a few ways since. I recommend first, using baby spinach for this - older spinach was too bitter for our taste. Second, I added just a drizzle of olive oil to the hot pasta before pouring it over the greens. It helped the coating and added some flavor with very little fat (1 t. or so. Third, I added the tomats after the pasta because I like mine just a bit cold and not fully cooked (similar to Rachael's veg couscous. Finally, it is easy to substitute herbs in this recipe. We've tried it with cilantro and lime to go wtih southwest chicken. Mint and thyme are other options, depending on your main course. This is a keeper.

Totally loved this and what a great compliment to the shrimp and scallops. Thanks!

This one didn't do it for me. I just felt like something was missing. I added a little garlic and some nutmeg and my husband loved it. I guess I just didn't care for all the flavorings going on at the same time.
