    These oven fries were delicious! My husband enjoyed the "HERB" flavor! This is my second time cooking with Herbes de Provence and I have enjoyed it every time! Thanks Rachel for a simple and tasty recipe!

    I saw Rachael make these ~ I have never made them w/ the spices she suggested, but I used the idea...I do Steak Seasoning, a little salt, more garlic powder, paprika, and that's it...they are FANTASTIC, and a healthy way to eat fries. Just remember to rotate them or they get kinda icky. But any spices are great on them!

    next time we need thyme and more salt. baking it might be better than boiling.
