This was a quick and easy alternative for making potatoes. My fiance' literally grew up on potatoes and feels that he MUST have potatoes with every meal (typical meat & potatoes man. Rach's recipe was a nice switcharoo.

**I personally feel that nothing should be cooked at 500 degrees- and these potatoes certainly will NOT take 25 minutes. I cooked them at 400 for about 10-15 min. Cook extra your man will love them!

This has to be one of the easy recipes around. My picky nieces and nephew absolutely love these potatoes and gobble them up. I've even taken them to office potlucks and everyone raves about how good they taste. They were surprised to learn how quick and easy it was to put together.

25 minutes at 500 degrees is too long for my stove. 15 - 18 minutes provides onions, potatos, and peppers that are not burned.
    I like the recipe!

never told my boyfriend about that seasoning. He loved the potatoes. Quick & easy.

Easy, few ingrediants, and absolutely delicious. I used white potatoes since I had those on hand. Definately a keeper.
