Great recipe! I wanted to make a healthy delicious salmon dish without a lot of clean-up. This fit the bill! I'll definitely make it again.

I'm always looking for a recipe to make salmon more "enjoyable". We try to eat salmon at least 1-2 times/week. The relish is so delicious I could eat it alone! It's such a fresh, healthy meal that doesn't take forever!

I hate radishes and cucumbers, so when my friend suggested we make this recipe I turned up my nose. Was I ever wrong. These flavors together were wonderful and a huge surprise for me! An amazing healthy meal. My husband loved it too.

Wow! I didn't think I liked radishes either, but am now convinced I will make them a regular addition to my summer cucumber salad! This was delicious, fast and so easy. My entire family and guests enjoyed -- This recipe is a keeper!

I have some "no beef tenderloin for me" members of my family, so I made this recipe on Christmas day as well. People LOVED it, absolutely loved it. They also loved the relish. I highly recommend this as a holiday dish because it is simple and tastes great.

Tonight we felt like something light, healthy and delicious. The recipe definitely fit the bill. Something about the combination of the dill, vinegar, and the salmon made it absolutely delightful.

For our own addition, we made a little white rice and topped it with soy sauce. This, combined with the salmon and veggies, was really good! I suggest you try it!

I really don't like radishes, cucumbers or fish...but I really liked this recipe. GO figure. Definitely don't skip the relish. My friend made it for me and I was amazed.

The salmon had a great flavor, was easy to cook, and avoided the outdoor temperature of 15 degrees (Where my grill is located!
