I made this meal with some mashed potatoes, and some red cabbage with the radish greens. My husband is still a tentative eater, but he loved the fish and especially the relish. Amazingly enough, he'd never had radish before, but at the end of this meal, he said that it was now his new favorite vegetable. The relish added a nice tangy crunch to the meal--we kept adding more relish as we ate the fish. The only thing I would do differently next time is poach the fish skin side up. I did it skin side down, and found that the top of the fish wasn't as moist as the rest of it.
This is a meal I will definitely be making again! Thanks Rachael!

Loved this dish! I actually didn't make the relish, but I really enjoyed the salmon poached in chicken stock. It was a great new way for me to make salmon. Thanks!

This is one my favorite recipes. My husband, a chef, loved it the first time I made it and has loved it since. It's a go-to recipe for entertaining or for weeknight summer supper. Love it!

I GRILLED MY SALMON BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY I PREFER IT BUT IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU COOK THE SALMON BECAUSE THE RELISH IS THE STAR. REALLY DELISH!

This salmon was delicious and so easy! My family loves salmon so I'm always looking for new, easy and delicious ways to make it. I had misgivings about the relish but all of us thought it just MADE the dish special.
