This was ok I kinda skimped on the topping alittle b/c I was afraid it would be too much. But I learned Cod is a very bland fish and needs all the help it can get!

But the recipe wasmn't bad. Everyone cleaned their plates however I probably won't be trying this recipe again because it just didn't hit the spot. I don't know, maybe it was the cod fish.

I'm not sure why the cod didn't turn out for others, but we really enjoyed this! It is a great way to prepare this kind of fish without dealing with the frying aspect!

I have been making this recipe thousands times. I change the fish into tilapia and it turn out great! Have been trowing this recipe for lunch entertaining. I'm thinking on trying to use panko breadcrumb so it'll be crunchier.

My partner the New Englander is always buying cod which I think is such a bland fish! But we both LOVED this dish! Responding to a couple of the less favorable reviews and to ensure that the bread crumbs got toasty in the time it would take to cook the fish, I increased the oven temp to 450 degrees, mixed in a little olive oil into the bread crumb mixture, and roasted it for just 10 minutes. The crust was golden and crispy and the fish was moist and not at all rubbery which is my usual gripe with cod. Well done, Ms. Ray!

Like many others have said, the crust did not brown in the oven by the time the fish was done. Terrible recipe. Perhaps some pam spray on the crust before baking?? Pretty bland anyway.

The recipe turned out beautifully. Cod is such an inoffensive fish . . . it was a little too mild for me.

While I was making this recipe everything smelled so good. Parsley-good, lemon -good, garlic-good. I had trouble getting the breading to stick and then it didn't get very brown. Next time I will try an egg wash and maybe run the breading/herbs through the cuisinart... My husband and I weren't very impressed.
