    I recently began eating seafood because it is so healthy but I've found that a lot of seafood is fried or smothered in butter. This was a nice light meal and the first fish I ever cooked myself. It was easy and tasty. Yum-O!!!

    I am a big fish fan,not only was is easy but the taste was awsome,just make sure you get a fresh piece of fish and the rest is to simple to belive.

    As the firehouse cook I am always looking for recipes that go beyond meat and potatoes for the guys. This was declared a keeper (the highest of praise at out station.
    When the guys want a copy of the receipe so they can prepare it at home I know I have a winner. This is a winner. Easy, delicious abd filling. The guys went back for second and third helpings.

    This dish was very easy to prepare. I had trouble getting the crust to brown without over cooking the fish. This was probably my mistake but it didn't turn out very well for me.

    it was very good the flavors blended so well. My husband who does'nt eat fish much said he could eat it much more often..he even had seconds....very good.
