Yeah, okay. But "a very hot oven"? Lady, you're writing for something called the Food Network. If you're not giving me an oven temperature more specific than "very hot," it's not a recipe.

I followed this recipe to the T, and every one of my steak fries stuck to the pan. Can someone give me advice to keep this from happening again?

These were really good. I only used 3 potatoes and cooked them on 500 for about 22 minutes. They came out great.

I've seen several people question the "high" temp setting recommended in this recipe. I baked the fries at 500 degrees for the period of time stated in the recipe and they came out perfect. Sounds high, but it worked great!

What is a HOT oven? Very hot? 400, 425, 450? It would be helpful to have more specific temperatures.

Recipe was very easy. My 12 yo daughter made them and they were edible. Only change we made was to toss potatoes with olive oil in a bowl then mix in the seasoning. It was to assure that all the potatoes were evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
