I made this with tilapia and it came out wonderfully. I also added brown rice to the wraps with the fish, since I am not a low carber. This was a very fast and yummy meal.

This great low carb meal was a hit with my family (even the kids. I like that it has alot of fresh ingredients. Next time, we might use tortillas and add some lemon juice to the sauce!

I made all three recipes from the show and they are fantastic. Next time I am going to put in a little more time and try cooking the fish on the grill/on some foil to get better texture. I omitted the red onions from the tacos because I just put the guacamole salad right inside the lettuce with the fish, delicious!

We loved this recipe! Rachel's outdone herself again. I made all 3 recipes from the show (I actuall haven't seen that episode and my fiance thought it was definitely "a keeper"! My grocery store didn't have jalapenos so I used a very small habanero in the mustard sauce and it was awesome. The avocado salad and zucchini "fries" were perfect accompaniments. Did not miss the carbs at all, it was totally satisfying.

This meal is so great tasting, and the best is that is a low carb plate.
Another great thing is that it's easy to make and in not so much time because like Rachel Ray saids you make it in under 30min.

I had to use Halibut rather than Grouper due to local availability but this recipe is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
