Flavors were good. NOT ENOUGH SAUCE!!! Double or triple it.

I've had a lot of pad thai's and I have to say this is one of my favorites. I, like other reviews said, doubled the sauce, depending on much you're making you may even have to triple it. I loved the sauce and I cooked the noodles and added a bunch of ingredients that I had around the house baby corn, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots to the wok. In my opinion the garlic, ginger, and brown sugar could be left out if you don't have on hand. Everyone I made it for loved it and will definitely be making it again!

This might not be a traditional or authentic pad thai recipe, but it's simple, flavorful, and very delicious!

Awesome recipe! I added eggs in the wok right before I added the noodles, since most other recipes have it and I just wanted to add something to it. Just the right amount of heat and spice, but I think I will try doubling the sauce as suggested next time. Very easy to make. Long list of ingredients which can be daunting, but it was about as easy as dump it all in the wok. Will definitely be making this again, maybe with the addition of fish sauce and tamarind, traditional pad thai ingredients.

This recipe is awesome!!! I LOVE Pad Thai but was always afraid to make it because of the long list of ingredients found on every other website. This recipe is EASY to follow, and doesn't take long at all! I followed the other reviewer’s advice by doubling the sauce... I will triple it next time! The sauce is so yummy! You also definitely don't need to make both chicken and shrimp unless you want to... if you're a vegetarian you don't need either! This recipe is good enough on it's own, or with whatever meat you choose. Great recipe for a novice cook like myself!

I did exactly what I do with all recipes--that is, to research them. Clearly Rachel Ray has not done her research because she left out 2 of the most core flavors in pad thai--fish sauce and tamarind. This recipe is a sham and a shame!

This recipe is awesome! My husband and I tried it the other night, and it was really simple and quick and tastes delicious. The only thing we did different was doubled the sauce because there wasn't enough for our tastes. Other than that, it's a new favorite for us!

Tastes great and is easy enough to do at home. Took the advice of other reviewers and doubled the sauce and used red pepper flakes in place of the paste. Whole family enjoyed it. Add the recipe to my recipe book. This will definitely be a regular meal in our home.
