These are a staple in my house now. My husband loves them! He would eat them every week if he could. Since I am allergic to prok, I substitute the chorizo for a smoked beef sausage and it turns out excellent. The spicy pimiento mayo is the icing on the cake. We can't have either without the sauce!

This really is a yummy burger, but impossible to eat with so many toppings. We were thinking it might be a good idea to combine these ingredients in a wrap instead; that would make it easier to handle. The shrimp is a wonderful addition and we made the burgers with turkey which was good. The pimiento fries were also yummy but fatty-- butter over fries makes them too greasy. We made a cabbage salad and that complimented the dish well. Enjoy!

Juicy, tender, perfect! I used cherry peppers cos thats what I had in my pantry and no shrimp. Added some cajun seasoning cos I like the spice :. Easy to adjust the spices on this one. One of the burgers got cooked a little longer than the others - and that was a bit dry, the rest were perfect. A definite keeper

These burgers are delicious. I use 3/4 of a pound of chicken at a time, use half or more of the spices (for the whole recipe and divide the mixture into three servings. Smaller mouthful.

I was not a huge fan of the mayonnaise mixture, so I make a garlic-flavored one instead.

Ciabatta rolls are perfect for this.

How can you go wrong with a wonderfully-seasoned chicken mixture, chorizo, and shrimp? Do not overcook the ingredients. Less is more.

I have made these burgers and fries for my husband's birthday three years in a row because we love them so much--and our extended family does, too. The mayonnaise is especially good (you want to eat it all by itself with a spoon--I'm not kidding. The fries are excellent, but make sure that you don't make them too early or they get soggy. We switch the sausage up with whatever local sausage is good--anything spicy. I've also made the burgers with ground beef and ground pork, instead of the ground chicken, and they were just as good. I really recommend this recipe.

My friends and I got together and made this. The burgers themselves were rather dry. Maybe we cooked them a little too long. We also couldn't find the right chorizo and used something different, which wasn't that great. The fries were excellent though.

It is very unorthodox and interesting and fairly easy to make.

I made this for the family (adult children and my mom and the reviews were: 1 my mouth doesn't know what to taste first! 2 The mayo could be smeared on steak too! 3 The chorizo was just spicy enough to make my mouth jump! 4 OUTSTANDING- this is my choice for my Birthday meal!

    All around great recipe.
