I recently have become a little chef in my kitchen, and like to get creative and diffrent for my family. I have a 3yr and 5yr that are picky eaters. and to actually have a fish dish that was unique and kinda challenged me but that my kids loved to is amazing, this is one of our favorite dishes now.

This is the recipe that finally got my husband to like salmon. Since, we've made it at least 10 times. A keeper!

The salmon, panseared with EVOO and salt and pepper was fine. The sauce was a nightmare with no flavor and motor oil consistency. My husband, who loves and eats anything - said "throw it out".

Rachael, you are adorable and I love to watch your show - you are funny. However, your cooking skills, beyond burgers and sloppy joes, (I love your sloppy Joes are no better than the average cook.

Good luck to you, capitlizing on America's ignornce on good food. Because if the average viewer thinks you are a good cook - they obviosuly can't cook at all.

This is the best salmon dish I've ever tasted! Normally I find salmon to taste very bland and boring but all the flavors came so well together and there was a burst with every bite! This recipe is definitly a keeper and one that will get used often! Thanks again Rachael for ANOTHER great recipe! :o

Made this for a dinner party last night and everyone loved it - love the glaze -served with lemon cream pasta. This one makes it into the permanent recipe keeper!

This was a very light and delicious fish dish and it was so fast and easy. I love citrus and with fish it is even better. Thank you Racheal Ray!!

This was delicious. The glaze took longer to thicken so I took the earlier advice to add a pinch of cornstarch. Then it really was wonderful; made the meal!

I had to cook mine a little longer because it was a lot thicker. Good recipe!
