The glaze is excellent. I would use it on more then just salmon.

This was a great dinner that was quick and easy. The citrus glaze added a great flavor to the salmon.

Very tasty. I have a hard time cooking salmon in the pan without it sticking but tastes better than it looks in my house!

This is a tasty salmon dish with an awesome balsamic glaze that made my eyes go big and my mouth water! Super simple and extreme on taste.

This recipe is delicious. It is peppy but not too sweet if you are watching your sugar. Quick, easy, and is delicious for salmon and the green beans are given a fresh taste.

I made the salmon last night, we buy the large bags of individually frozen fillets, and we loved it! I don't really care for the red balsamic vinegar so I substituted it with the white balsamic vinegar and it was wonderful! I do agree with the other reviews in that the sauce takes longer than 3 minutes to reduce but it is wonderful and worth the wait! My boyfriend was very impressed and loved the crust on the salmon. We eat a lot of fish and chicken so it was a great change of scenery on our plates! He said it was better than anything he's ever eaten at a gourmet restraunt and one of the best things he's ever eaten period! I can't wait to make it for a dinner party!

I made the Pan Seared Salmon and glaze and it was so easy and delicious! I inadvertantly left out the lemon juice, but the sauce was still great. I cooked the salmon and sauce a little longer than recommended so the salmon was well done (the way we like it and the sauce was perfect. This was a really terrific recipe for my first time cooking fresh salmon.

This was a lovely way to make salmon. And yes, the other cooks were correct, the secret is in the sauce! I made the sauce the way the recipe states however it took longer to reduce, about 10-12minutes. I did broil the salmon instead of pan searing it. My family prefers broiled salmon. With the additions of the green beans it was just an incredibly easy dinner with great taste. Thank you Rachel.
