This was very easy to make and tasted better than some of the scallops that I have had at restaurants. I just made the scallops, and left out the shrimp. I also didn't put it on skewers because Rachel didn't do that on her show. I will definately make this one again.

I love Rachel Ray recipes, because I know they are going to be quick! I was very pleased at how quick and simple this recipe was, and yet it still tasted great and looked elegant. My family loved it, and I will definitely make it again.

This was really good and went so well with the orzo recipe on the same show. We only made the shrimp and I accidentally bought shell-on tiger shrimp, but went ahead and made this dish. So good and simple to make. I used a nonstick skillet with just a few drops of oil to keep the shrimp moving and it was great. I recommend making both recipes together for a meal that won't weigh you down but that is so satisfying.

This recipe is so good and it is easy to make. My husband really liked it too. I will fix this one at least once a week.

The recipe was easy to follow and quick to prepare. The only negative was the scallops don't grip the bamboo skewers very well and slipped when I tried to turn them.

My husband loved this and he doesn't like hardly anything. He said the shrimp were about the best shrimp he ever had. I also did not use skewers and prepared them like she did on the show. Way to go Rachel!

This recipe is even simpler to prepare if you make it the way Rachael did on her show (no skewers. It's delicious and healthy and very quick. I sometimes add a splash of sherry along with the lemon juice when the scallops are almost cooked.

I loved this, but I sorta varied from the recioe with what I had in the house that day. A great basic recipe.
