I watched Rachel make this, and couldn't wait to try it. I've made them twice since, and my family loves them. I put them on Panera's Sesame Semolina bread, and it is just perfect!

This tastes just like the authentic Italian sammies at the Sam's Club at the Westboro mall! I didn't know you could make these at home! When we were in Italy we didn't have this but maybe it was closed that day. My 6 year old daughter loves to make these for her new father and he thinks she is going to be the next Rachael Ray. Look out Rachael!!! Oh I don't have a panini press or grill, so I used my Sunbeam iron and they turned out perfectly. So yummy!!!! Just be careful and don't burn your fingers!

Im not to sure why I didn't like this recipe. But there was something about it that made me feel strange. Maybe it was the way i made it. I dont know, but it wasnt my all time favorites

I just bought a Krups panini press and was so excited for this timely episode. I used whole milk mozzarella, it was so filling and rich (with the olive oil. I have very high blood pressure and thought the prosciutto ham very salty...might have to deviate from that part next time. My husband said it was the best "sammie" he's ever had- WOW!
