My husband & I made this sandwich on our panini maker. We used Country Fresh Rosemary bread from the bakery and spread olive oil on both sides. It was delicious. I would serve this to my veggie friends!! We did add kosher salt to the olive oil before spreading it on. YUMO!!

bland, hardly anything to it. Come on Rachael, just because you put 4 ingredients together and some oil doesn't make it a recipe!

very tasty little sandwiches, I put them on my forman grill and spread the outsides of the bread lightly with butter instead of brushing with olive oil. Absolutely delicious

I made this panini along with the Minestra like Rachel did. It was awesome. I even covered the brick with tin foil just like she did. A lot of fun to make. I felt like a pro! HA!
