    RUINED MY PAN, RUINED MY DINNER, WASTED MY MONEY. This recipe is a disaster!!! I hope I can save my $100 pan. Maybe I should send her the bill.

    Exactly like another reviewer said--the cheese totally burned before the chicken was even close to done and parmesan cheese is inedibly bitter when burned. The only thing that was good were the potatoes. I'm super nervous that the number one rated meal was this bad...

    I only gave this recipe one star because of the potatoes which turned out fantastic. The cheese burned before the chicken breasts could cook and it made the house smokey. I tried to make this recipe twice and both times it turned out badly. I won't be making this again.

    The heat on the chicken was very hard to control. Lots melted and made a mess I would use Teflon to make the chicken. The rest was very easy and tasty. I think the sauce could taste a little better made as more of a pesto instead of as a Italian picadillo.
