I made this recipe exactly as listed. Both my husband and I agreed that even with the raw tomato dressing the chicken was much, much too salty. I loved the cheese crusting but next time I will cut the Parm with Panko to try to cut back on the saltiness. The potatoes, however, have been put into my regular rotation in my dinner menus. We enjoyed them very much!!

The chicken was amazing! I was a little unsure of the tomato and basil on it at first because I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, but it was delicious! I plan on making it many more times to come!!

This is a great recipe when done right, but it can be easy to get it wrong. Be very careful choosing the right parmesan as some brands taste foul! The best ones are cut directly from the cheese and not in packets. Otherwise, a good basic staple dish.

The potatoes were fantastic! However, wasn't too keen on the chicken.

This recipe is outstanding. I made it tonight exactly to the recipe. We loved it! I thought it was strange at first to have cold tomatoes on the chicken, but it was really delicious. It was very easy.

AMAZING!! super easy! I sent my hubby to buy basil, parmesan & other groceries but completely forgot the parmesan. :< I ended up using regular grated Kraft Parmesan hoping it would turn out at least eatable and let me tell you.... it was the most amazing dinner we've had in a while!! I can only imagine how incredible the real recipe must be. We all seconds! The potatoes were so tasty! (didn't add the hot peppersmy daughter was all over them ! thank you so much for this recipe, its definitely a permanent dish in my family!
