This recipe was so good! I absolutely loved the chicken together with the sauce. The process was really messy but the overall meal was so delicious! Definitely making this again.

I'm following Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals for a blog for my class!

The chicken was so wonderful! I thought the cheese would burn for sure, but to my surprise it turned out exactly as the recipe said it would. I followed the timing and cooked it on a medium heat and voila! The veggies were also wonderful, but my husband though the cubanelle peppers made everything too spicy. It did have a bite, but that's to be expected when you're cooking with peppers = Thanks Rachael!!!

Basil and Tomato were very good. I put the chicken on a very hot pan. It may have been too hot.

This tasted really good, but it took a lot longer to make than the recipe would suggest and we ended up with a big mess. Also, it seemed pretty unhealthy with all that oil and cheese.

Delicious! Parmesan cheese was a wonderful coating for the chicken, crispy and lots of flavor.

I was encouraged by the others that said the cheese wouldn't stick to the pan, but now I am terribly disappointed that not only did the cheese stick to the pan, but I think I ruined a brand new Calphalon pan and will spend the next hour cleaning an oil spattered kitchen. This recipe should only be tried by the brave!

Super yummy and easy to make! At first I was a little hesitant to coat the chicken breast with the cheese alone. I was afraid the cheese would not stick and fall off and just burn in the pan but it turned out wonderfully. The veggies in the oven probably needed a little more evoo b/c they kinda stuck to the foil but still ready tasty and good. Delish Rachael! Def will make again.

i do NOT cook and this meal was so delicious and easy to make!!! I didn't put in the hot pepper because I am not a fan of spicy foods, but the potatoes were still VERY flavorful. The only thing I recommend is using a bit more oil in the pan than suggested because im guessing thats the reason people were burning their chicken. Also, the fringe pan doesn't need to be that hot, i used medium heat and it worked out great. Next time I may add some breadcrumbs or eggs, some of the cheese fell off. Once chicken is done put some left over cheese on it to melt, you will not be disappointed! :
