omg omg omg omg sooooo good. This is great and quick to make if you use jarred tomato suace, which is what I did. I served it with rice. The breading recipe is amazingly delicious and the frying/baking combo makes the chicken real soft and goooood. I will definitely be making this again! thanks rachael!

My entire family (husband, myself and 2-year-old daughter LOVED this recipe. I even made it gluten & egg free using homemade GF breadcrumbs and egg-replacer. I used a jar of organic marinara sauce from Trader Joe's as the parmegiana topping and it was perfect. Try this, you'll be glad you did!

What a great dinner. My VERY picky husband raved about it. It's definitely an addition to my staple meals! He doesn't like a lot of tomato based sauces, but he went back for seconds and thirds!! YAY! I used all fresh herbs, I started an herb garden last spring and it has paid off big!
