I love this recipe. This dish is very healthy and not too hard to prepare. I would love to prepare this for my friend's up-coming party. I love the herbs and I usually put more than its needed! : I found a lot of spices at Efooddepot.com. In recent months online grocery shopping

This was the best. I loved this chicken. I wanted something that would be good and different and this sure was. I used minced garlic put it on the chicken not the mixture and I used 6 cheeses instead. I will continue to make this chicken over and over again.

We made this recipe for Mother's Day and were cooking for around 12 people. The mixture of herbs, bread crumbs, and cheese as the crust works well together. Overall the recipe was simple, did not take a lot of prep work or cook time, and was very good. Everyone (including my father, who does not like breaded chicken loved the chicken. I will definitely be using this recipe again!

I have made tons of variations of chicken tenders and this is the best. It was very tender and had the perfect amount of spice. I tried this recipe because it has lots of herbs in it and in my mind that makes it a "healthier" fried dish. My husband loved it too. It is so, so good I am sitting here 6 hours later and can still smell and taste it. I wish I had more! This is something that I will defiantly add to the rotation.

The breading with fresh herbs is definitely one of the reasons this tastes so good. I followed the recipe exactly. I noticed right away it made way more breading than needed. I put half aside and the half I used was just right to make about 16 chicken breast tenders (~1.5 pounds. I froze the other half of the breading for future use. Being able to do this also gave me more value for my dollar since fresh herbs can be expensive. I plan to try the tomato sauce the next time I make this.
The tenders were perfect and moist. It definitely makes 4 very generous portions or 6 normal sized portions. I made this for my fiance and served with wild rice I was happy to eat the leftovers over the next few days. Looking forward to trying it with the sauce!
I know I'll be making these tenders for years to come!

I made this for the first time the other night and thought the chicken tenders were delicious, easy, and quick to make. I cut the breading recipe in half and still had leftover. I used honey mustard for dipping sauce. This is definately a keeper. Thanks Rachael Ray!
