Very tasty! Husband and I loved it. I didnt have fresh herbs on hand, so just used italian seasoning instead. I also cut the breading mixture in half and it was the perfect amount.

for the crust, i only used the fresh parsley, pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, and cheese, i also cut out the baking part of this recipe and it was still AWESOME! judging from past reviews, i was worried the chicken wouldnt cook through, but it did and the crusting looked beautifully golden brown. instead of making the sauce to go with it, i just squeezed lemon juice on the chicken and it was sooooo delicious! i will make this again and again as a very quick satisfying fix! thanks rachel.

This recipe is a wonderful change from fried chicken- the breading is light and delicious with fresh herbs. I even added a few sage leaves and used 2/3 of the recommended bread crumbs and cheese. With the leftovers you can even heat it up in the oven for 15 mins. or so to get the crisp crust again the next day.

The chicken came out tender and I loved adding the herbs to this. You don't need that much breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese though!

My entire family aged 2 - 39 loved this chicken. We served it with spaghetti, french bread and roasted veggies. Everyone loved it even the picky eaters!!!!!

I made these for me and 5 of my friends. WE ALL LOVED IT. I saw others saying it made too much breading so i bought just under 4lbs of tenders and i was able to coat all of them. They came out perfectly. Everyone asked me for the recipe. I cant wait to make them again.

I've been making this recipe for months now and it's still in my husband's top three. Easy to make, if a little messy, and so good as chicken parmesan!
